Complete Control

We've achieved so much! XD

Today we soon realized how much we have learnt in the last 14 days: starting with Dash's and Kong's, moving on to more challenging jumps; then later on to Speed vaults. Also going crazy and just jamming XD      

Saturday was awesome

last saturday or well yesterday was a really good day for us we learn't quite alot like 360 vault, speed vault, pression and kong (we already knew how to do them but no properly) and this is al thanks to Dan Kelso

on 11th of december or the 18th december me, burgess and a few of our free running mates are renting out a gym for usage of our, EPIC FREE RUNNING.

Today Burgess will be atempting his first wall flip, if all goes well there will be videos, if... things go wrong, then there will be a great news entry on the way  

I on the other hand will be attempting a wall spin then hopefully a wall flip as well, lets hope we dont get extremly hurt

You, the reader, probably have no idea who we are, and you have reason to, mainly because we are new to the wide world of free running, well not exactly, we have been doing this amazing and inspiring sport for about 2-3 years know, and we have finally decided to open up to the world-kinda.

Thing you will need to know about the group

• Members of this group are: Burgess Ellison

                                                    Dan Giles

• Things about Burgess, he is a young teenager who was inspired by Sebastian Foucan, he specialises in vaults but he hopes to achieve back flips and front flips.

• Things about Dan (aka me), I am a young teenager who was inspired by Tim Stieff, I specialise in vaults as well, and I have tried a back flip and failed (epic face plant) but I also hope to achieve back flips, as I can already do front flips.
